This is an impressive antique NIPPON CHOCOLATE SET - with heavy GOLD beading and hand painted Pink Roses! Each piece has 6 sides - 6 panels with alternating decoration. The Gold beading is Stunning with very little wear! Only the cups are marked - Hand Painted Nippon - Maple Leaf mark (VanPatten #52) - in blue - circa 1891.

Measurements : CHOCOLATE POT w/Lid - 9.75" tall with lid, 9" without, 7.5" span handle to spout, foot is 3.5" wide - will hold up to 44 ounces.
