This is an EXTREMELY beautiful set! I wish I could take more photos to show you. The teapot, creamer and sugar are a nice melon shape. I believe the set is about 100 years old, it has an older mark on the bottom.
When I first saw the set I gave it the name "Ribbons & Roses" because it's just got beautiful roses and buds all over, intertwined with gold ribbons that are thick and have moriage dots all over. Outlines on flowers are in thick gold too.
The teapot is about 8 1/4 from spout to handle. It stands about 5 tall. It has 3 feet underneath. It's clean inside, may not have been used. The round bowl is about 9 1/2" across and it stands about 3" tall.
It has 3 feet underneath it. It has no chips or cracks, but in the bottom middle there are a few faint yellow lines, see photo. The sugar bowl is about 6 1/2" across and stands about 4 1/2" tall. It has 3 feet also. The creamer is about 5" across and it stands about 3 1/4" at the spout. The oval bowl is about 12 1/4" across and 6" wide and stands about 1 3/4 tall. It has a flat base.
You won't be disappointed by this set. I've never found one with the extra bowls to match. I uncovered the rest of the set - 5 cups & 6 saucers that match!!! Not all cups are perfect, but I could never throw any away since they're gorgeous, even repaired, and it's amazing so many survived!
