Some examples seen in the last photo - thanks for stopping by! Beautiful old mine cut diamond ring in 14k rosy gold in a gypsy / buttercup (or belcher) mount setting with wide band. Such a lovely antique piece from the Edwardian to Art Deco period. The diamond floats in the prongs with the band completely closed behind it, so it is a very sturdy piece with a nice size band. The shoulders have a triangular area with ornate etching. The high shiny areas of the ring are a lovely rosy gold with the inside of the prongs and etched areas a more yellow gold. Lovely antique layered gold patina. This is an antique piece that I acquired in Europe, as such it is marked with their numerical hallmarking system, in this case 585 for 14k gold. The diamond is about 3mm in diameter.

All my pieces are pre-owned and in estate condition. Some surface wear and scratches to the gold from wear over the years. But very sturdy so it is still well shaped with a wonderful patina. It presents nicely but due to age - please note this is not a mint condition item.
