Superb antique porcelain chocolate pot marked with Japanese script. Features heavy gold panels with red petunia-style flowers with gold centers. The handle displays gold enamel beading with an embossed gold handle with a cover displaying matching decor. The chocolate pot is in very good condition with no chips, cracks, or crazing with a very minor gold loss on the finial. The chocolate pot stands 12 1/2" tall x 5 3/4" from spout to handle x 3 3/4 diameter at the base.
